Linked-number data of inactive accounts is removed after 7 days
From today, if an account has no active subscription and its linked number has not been used for 7 days, we remove that number's data from our server. Accounts with an active subscription are never affected. The first run is at 18:00 UTC on 22 October and covers 12 linked numbers, about 515 MB.

Inactive accounts' linked-number data is removed
Until now, the login data of a linked WhatsApp number stayed on our server for good, including for accounts that had ended their subscription, and for one number whose account no longer exists.
How it works from today:
- The maintenance task that runs every 6 hours removes a linked number's data when its account has no active subscription and the number has not been used for 7 days.
- Data of numbers whose account no longer exists is removed as well.
- A number that is connected or in the middle of connecting is never touched.
- Accounts with an active subscription are never affected, however long their number has been offline.
What this means if you come back: once your subscription is active again, open the dashboard and scan the QR code once to link your number. Your contacts, templates, campaigns and history in WBSender are not affected. Only the linked-device login on our server is removed.
The first run is at 18:00 UTC on 22 October. Today 12 linked numbers match: 11 from accounts without an active subscription and 1 without an account, about 515 MB in all.
